The fourth year students of Bachelor in Arts in Communication of Holy Name University conducted its ribbon cutting ceremony for its Photo Exhibit on February 20, 2017 at the Scanlon building of HNU.
Living up to its theme “Filling Blank Canvases and Tapestries with Life in Action”, the photo exhibit showcased different photographs captured by the Photojourn class that displayed action photos applied with various techniques of photography as well as the proper way of captioning every photo.
The ceremony was attended and graced by the College of Arts and Sciences dean Fr. Teodoro Gapuz, SVD, Student Affairs Director Ms. Nanelyn Wate, Student Activities Coordinator Sr. Ma. Bernardita Mendez, HCK and the Information Manager of the Philippine Information Agency-Bohol Mr. Rey Anthony Chiu who shared insights and gave critique to the photos captured by the BA Communication 4 students during the said event.
The photo exhibit is a major class project for the course Comm 407 or Photojournalism of the BA Comm 4 students. It will run from February 20 until February 24, 2017.
